"Zhongyu Gas Co., Ltd." is a professional natural gas operation service provider. To optimize the regional energy structure and promote the construction of an environmentally friendly society, it has decided to build a 300kWe natural gas distributed energy station within the industrial park. This natural gas distributed energy station will generate power and connect to the grid, prioritizing supply to the park's compressor load to achieve "peak shaving and valley filling," saving electricity costs, among other goals. This natural gas distributed energy station generates power and connects to the grid, prioritizing supply to the park's compressor load to achieve "peak shaving and valley filling," saving electricity costs. After thorough consideration, "Zhongyu Gas Co., Ltd." ultimately chose Perkins natural gas power. Weijia's "Power Solutions Department" selected the 4006-23TRS1 natural gas engine for the OEM and owner, and used software such as PRO/E to design the complete natural gas generator set, fuel system, cooling system, and grid connection control system.
The natural gas distributed energy station was completed in mid-December. After Weijia's "Power Solutions Department" arrived on site, wiring, no-load testing, grid connection testing, and full-load trial operation were completed within 10 days. The customer was very satisfied with the service attitude and work capability of the Weijia team.
"Zhongyu Gas Co., Ltd." held a "Distributed Power Generation Project Operation Ceremony," with the owner’s leadership personally starting the machine. The Perkins natural gas generator set started, connected to the grid, and carried load within 15 seconds at -5°C without pre-lubrication.
