XCMG and Weijia Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

Foshan Senda Meivijia Power Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Meivijia") and XGMA Small Machinery Division have, after nearly a year of close cooperation, fully equipped Perkins engines in XGMA's mini loaders, skid steer loaders, and excavator loader projects. Given the close cooperation between the two parties, Meivijia and XGMA signed a strategic cooperation agreement on November 28, 2011, during XGMA's 60th anniversary celebration.
According to the agreement, XGMA will ensure that the Perkins engines provided by Meivijia are the exclusive power units for XGMA's mini loader and skid steer loader projects. Furthermore, under equal cost-performance conditions, XGMA will prioritize selecting Perkins engines supplied by Meivijia for the excavator loader project and future new product research, development, and production.
At the same time, Meivijia also promises to provide more value-added services to meet the needs of the strategic cooperation relationship:
1. Prioritize meeting XGMA's production needs by increasing the credit limit for engine assemblies and parts procurement, preparing inventory for XGMA, and other methods.
2. Appoint a chief coordinator for matters related to the strategic partnership, mobilizing company resources to prioritize responding to XGMA's sales and service requirements.
3. Designate and dispatch after-sales personnel to serve as XGMA's on-site representatives, providing direct service at the production site.
4. Provide users with fast after-sales service based on the principle of solving problems first, then analyzing the cause of faults.
Meivijia prioritizing customer needs and strengthening communication with customers at different levels during various sales periods is key to achieving close cooperation. The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement marks a new level in the partnership between the two parties, building a good platform for broader and deeper cooperation. It is expected that through joint efforts, the cooperation between Meivijia and XGMA will develop closely and create a win-win situation!
