Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) compliant with EU Stage IV/US EPA Tier4 Final


Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) is an aftertreatment device that effectively converts carbon monoxide (CO, CarbonMonoxide) and hydrocarbons into carbon dioxide (CO2, CarbonDioxide) and water, helping diesel engines strictly comply with emission standards. It decomposes pollutants in the exhaust flow of diesel engines, helping to reduce particulate matter (PM, Particulatematter), similar to the catalytic converter in cars.

  The Clean Emission Module (CEM) in Perkins engines includes the following components:

  Aftertreatment Regeneration Device (ARD)

  Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC)

  Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)

  Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) System

  Our DOC provides a simple solution for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). They are easy to install and maintain, requiring no additional control from machine operators.

  In many cases, mufflers are no longer needed, and our DOC also allows for a broader rated range. Concentrations of NO (Nitric Oxide) and NO2 (Nitrogen Dioxide) in the exhaust stream are optimized, which makes engines equipped with SCR more efficient and reduces Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) consumption requirements.

  DOC devices are used in all our products compliant with EU Stage IV / US EPA Tier 4 Final standards, covering everything from the 400F to the 1206 engines.
