  Despite the unbearable heat, many mining projects are still ongoing. Since mining operations generally take place outdoors in open environments, there is "nowhere to hide" from the high temperatures, making it impossible to cool down or escape the heat.

  Additionally, the high-temperature environment brings many challenges to the use of construction machinery, making it especially important to properly protect mechanical equipment from heat.   #1 Mechanical Equipment Maintenance

  To protect equipment, start by inspecting for "problems." Conduct comprehensive maintenance on construction machinery, replace the engine's "three filters" and engine oil, replace or adjust belts, check the performance of the fan, radiator, generator, and compressor to ensure reliability, and perform maintenance, repairs, or replacements as necessary.

  

 

  #2 Ensure the Cooling System Operates Normally

  Machinery working in high-temperature areas must ensure the cooling system functions well; effective cooling can reduce many issues. You can appropriately increase the viscosity grade of the engine oil and check whether the cooling and fuel systems are unobstructed. Clean oil stains and dust from the engine body to keep the engine clean and ensure good heat dissipation. For certain specific engines, consider switching to summer-use oil, maintain proper oil levels, and frequently check for oil leaks.

  

 

  #3 Flexibly Utilize Natural Cooling

  Park equipment in shaded areas as much as possible to avoid direct sunlight exposure. Properly reduce tire pressure to prevent blowouts. This summer, combining forced cooling with natural cooling methods can significantly improve the equipment's reliability during high-temperature operation.
