Weijia Power joins hands with Dongfang Power and Perkins to launch an in-depth service initiative for mining customers in Hami, Xinjiang.


To deepen customer partnerships and uphold the "customer-centric" service philosophy, from September 15 to 17, 2025, the Weijia Power After-Sales Service Team joined forces with senior technical experts from Oriental Power and Perkins, embarking together on a three-day specialized technical exchange and customer care initiative in the Hami region of Xinjiang, targeting key mining customers. This event aimed to address customers' real-world equipment operation challenges through face-to-face, in-depth discussions, expert technical support, and forward-thinking maintenance solution recommendations—demonstrating Weijia Power and its partners' unwavering commitment to delivering ongoing care and professional excellence to our valued clients.

Yonghua Group owns more than 200 LinGong mining excavators equipped with Perkins 2806C engines, operating in the coal mines surrounding NaoMao Lake Town, Hami, Xinjiang—and they are loyal users of Perkins products. At the start of the event, technical service personnel from Weijia’s Xinjiang distributor, Oriental Power, first provided customers with a meticulous equipment inspection service. This initiative, serving as a key component of our customer care campaign, aims to proactively identify potential risks and ensure the stable operation of equipment, reflecting our unwavering commitment to safeguarding our customers’ valuable assets.

XCMG Mining Group has equipped the Shitoumei Coal Mine in Santanghu with dozens of Perkins 2806EA engines. The Perkins technical team conducted technical sharing and exchanges with the customer to address common issues associated with this China Stage IV engine model. On-site, oil samples were collected to analyze the engine's operational condition, ensuring optimal performance and efficient operation.
