Product Overview
The Perkins 400 series engine models are diverse, with a displacement range of 0.5-2.2 liters. The 3-cylinder 403-07 model is one of Perkins' smallest generators, featuring outstanding performance, low operating costs, and an extremely compact design. In terms of physical packaging, the 403-07 engine is very suitable for small industrial applications. It is equipped with a simple and robust mechanical fuel system, making it easy to install and maintain.
Performance Overview
1. Provide low-cost advantages throughout the entire lifecycle
The 400 series offers highly competitive robust performance and excellent fuel economy. These engines are crafted with appropriate technology, reliable and durable, with lower costs, suitable for multiple markets.
The 400 series has a wide power range, allowing you to configure solutions based on specific machines, regions, and market demands.
Power bands overlap between various models, and multiple options are available to help optimize performance and functionality, as well as enhance the value of customer machines in applications.
We provide a one-year standard warranty for constant speed engines and a two-year standard warranty for variable speed engines.
As an end user of the 400 series, you can also benefit from Perkins' (a full-range power solutions provider) world-class product support and maintenance coverage plans.
2. Compact design
These engines feature a compact design suitable for various applications, including skid steer loaders, small excavators, wheel loaders, welders, aerial work platforms, light towers, small tractors, air compressors, lawn care equipment, and material handling machinery.
The six core engines in the 400 series are configured to meet Stage IIIA/Tier 4 Interim or Stage IIIB/Tier 4 Final emission standards, allowing you flexible market choices.
3. Strong performance and optimized improvements
The 400 series offers a seamless power range of 8.2-50 kW (11-67 hp), including 2-cylinder, 3-cylinder, and 4-cylinder models, designed with a series interface appearance. The series provides multiple ratings and configurations, customizable to meet extremely stringent requirements.
By selectively using indirect and direct injection fuel systems, Perkins is able to deliver world-class engines with improved performance and low noise advantages.
The Perkins 403 series electric power (EP) engines have the same compact size as similar 2-cylinder engines, but they excel in noise, performance improvements, and power. The 3-cylinder series offers excellent power density and top-tier fuel economy, meeting your power generation needs whether in emission-free areas that may require operation under extreme conditions or in regions with higher regulatory demands and stricter emission standards.
