Perkins is pleased to announce the launch of the 404J-E22TAG ElectropaK, building on the already very strong 400 Power Series, to complete the range that meets the EU Stage V and US EPA Tier 4 Final emission standards. The entire ElectropaK is designed around the needs of customers located in regions with stricter regulatory requirements, offering an excellent package with simple integration design as well as outstanding performance and reliability.
Performance Overview
1. Maximize Productivity
Provide key power nodes that meet ISO 8528-5 G3 level load endurance requirements to maximize productivity. ElectropaK is certified by the EU Stage V and US EPA Tier 4 Final, suitable for the mobile generator set industry, and can be flexibly customized according to customer needs.
2. Easy Integration and Maintenance Convenience
Our ElectropaK is designed to offer customers generator set packages with easy integration features and maintenance convenience. The factory-installed engine after-treatment solution includes a maintenance-free DPF and a customized wiring harness, which can be easily connected to the generator set wiring bushing; this feature is also standard. ElectropaK is also equipped with a fuel filter with a fuel water content sensor, enabling simple and quick installation of the low-pressure fuel system.
3. Lower Daily Operating Costs
The 404J-E22TAG is optimized to achieve lower fuel and oil consumption while meeting Stage V and Tier 4 Final emission standards; all the advantages of the proven reliable engine core components help reduce daily operating costs.
4. Lower Lifecycle Operating Costs
Perkins engines are designed and developed with a customer-centric approach. Minimizing maintenance costs ensures reduced lifecycle operating costs. Under all working conditions, the standard maintenance interval for oil and fuel is 500 hours, achieving cost reduction goals.
